..at Rock n Roll Pizza in Portland, OR. 6 bands played.

Thine Eyes Bleed - Pretty decent band. Not really a style I like, but I enjoyed them somewhat.

Itulu - Ugh. Hardcore. I can't stand it. Sounded way too poppy.

Epoch of Unlight - Good band. Their live performance was lacking though. Apparently the 2 guitarists who are on the tour are paid musicians. That's gotta suck for the people in the band who are doing it for the love of the music more than the money.

Hell Within - Another hardcore band. I am not a fan of hardcore, at all. The singer was wearing a skin tight shirt and skin tight jeans that looked like they were more suited for one of the females in the audience. Case in point: I saw the singer in the audience and thought, "Great. This [expletive removed Wink

] must be here for some hardcore band or something." Turns out he was the singer! Razz

Nightrage - Pretty good. One of the guitarists is a fat guy named Mario from Greece.

And the headliner..

God Dethroned - They destroyed. The lead guitarist is phenomenal. It's just too bad the turnout was so poor. But that's what happens when they stick you on the bill with hardcore bands who have fans who leave when they're done playing. A few other things may have contributed (like the fact that one of the bands dropped out and another, less popular band that actually turned people away from coming to the show was supposed to perform. They never did.)

Me and some friends talked with the bassist after the show. We talked for probably 20 minutes or something. He was way cool. He kept thanking us for coming to the show saying if it wasn't for us the place would have basically been empty.

For those of you starting just starting out in Warhammer Online. Here is a quick piece of advice for you, especially if you do alot of PvP/RvR, to level up faster. Get the renown tactic called Combat Awareness ASAP.

This little renown tactic lets you earn an extra 5% experience for PvP kills. The best thing about it is that you can get this tactic as early as Renown Rank 2, and ALL careers can use it. That’s basically winning one Tier 1 RvR Scenario, or Warhammer Power Leveling taking over one Tier 1 RvR Objective on the world map. Definitely alot easier than unlocking Tome Tactics. Also it does not interfere with your regular career tactics as it goes into a separate slot.

If you are unfamiliar with the locations of the renown trainer sto train this skill here’s the list of where to go for your race for Tier 1. You may train this skill at any renown trainer in any tier if you have not done so yet. As always happy hunting!
