I think there's a couple causes.

1. I gained a few pounds over the holidays
2. Playing fullcourt basketball twice a week after not having played in awhile
3. My bed is falling apart and is beginning to slump. I sleep on my stomach and this can cause a curving of the back.

Needless to say, my back HURTS LIKE A MOTHER@#%$#@#@$%$##@$%$@#$@ ARGHHHHHHHHHHH

Anyways, after much moaning, I finally decided to goto the chiropractor..

Only 75 more minutes until my back is cracked and all is well.

Sigh. Sad

OK, well.. I got my back popped. Kind of. It didn't pop too well. The chiropractor was surprised at how tense my back was. I'll be going back in in a few days to get it popped again.

I have one of those Tempurpedic matress things that conform to your shape...it's SO nice...but I hurt my tailbone and my back once...both in gym class...

On one side of my bed the bottom broke and when you lie down, it feels like you sink into it. But it's nice to sleep on..

And reppy, it may be nicy, but it needs constant fixing...not so much anymore though...but I like my matress to be firm...yet soft...all at the same time...

Well, so it's not like you're sleeping on the floor, but if no like you're on something that you just sink into. I like to be right in the middle...I don't like either of the extremes...
