Well, since you asked...
I'm VERY happy Kerry did not one, I disagree with MANY of his opinions about how this nation should be won.
Not to mention his wife said "screw you bush" on public tv. _________________

Bush and Kerry weren't that incredibly different to begin with. Just a few policies and opinions here and there... I think it's ridiculous when one person so enthusiastically supports one over the other or says the entire world will change for the worse if the other guy wins.
If I could vote and if Nader had been on the ballot for our state, I would have voted for him.
and i'm glad to see that Hillary is running for Pres. I don't know if I'd vote for her, but it's just nice to see some change.

Eugh.. I could go on and on about how evil Bush is.
But here's a few reasons why:
- Former alcoholic and cocaine addict
- Had a DUI
- Went AWOL from his cushy position protecting Texas from the Vietcong
- Went to war with Iraq knowing the intel he had was "shaky at best". And when that wasn't enough to scare Americans, Cheney and the neocon death cult (heehee, I borrowed that one from Mark Maron) tried to "imply" that Saddam was responsible for 9/11.
- His connections with Enron
- He's "pro-life" but he's killed more babies in Iraq than any doctor who performs abortion will ever "kill"
- Pretty much his entire cabinet (Rumseld, Cheney, Wolfowitz, etc.) got deferrments from the war in Vietnam, then expect other people to send their children to die for oil. In fact, Mr. Bunker (Cheney) himself got 5 draft deferments. He went back to Yale once it was announced that students would not be drafted. Once it was announced that married men would not be drafted, he married his wife. Once it was announced that married men without children would be draft, his first child was born 9 months and 2 days later.
- Where would he be without his daddy? Has he ever accomplished anything on his own? Every business he ever owned made him millions but went bankrupt. Kind of like America.
- Was provided with ample evidence that al Qaeda was planning an attack inside of America, but ignored all warnings. Richard A. Clarke's book "Against All Enemies" provides some more background on it.
- Tax cuts which benefit the rich and corporations. Rewards for companies that outsource jobs.
- Despite what he says, there's going to be a draft. The backdoor draft has already begun. "And just to make sure no one can dodge the fun this time, the Selective Service has ended college deferments and cut a deal with Canada to block the border. They even secretly asked for the legal authority to increase the draft age to 34 AND draft women!" - http://www.enjoythedraft.com
- Since our "liberation" of Afghanistan, poppy (opium) production is back at record levels. And where does that opium end up? On American streets, resulting in a massive black market filled with crime and violence.
- Failed to capture Osama bin Laden.
- His Clean Air Act was written by the polluters who stood to suffer if any REAL anti-pollution laws were put into place.
- His "Leave No Child Behind" which will put underperforming schools in the control of privatized corporations.. For some reason, the thought of a Halliburton raising my future children scares the hell out of me.
- Cutting overtime; some employees rely on that extra money just to survive.
- The "Patriot Act", which has nothing to do with patriotism, and only serves to take away rights and place us under a police state. Entire cities can be forced into containment if they feel there's a "threat".. Forced immunizations, shoot first ask questions later, racial profiling, etc.
- Failure to secure the Baghdad Library from looters which contained irreplacable historical articles (if you erase the past, you can rewrite it however you want!)
- Failure to secure hundreds of tons of explosives from terrorists. I guess the soldiers were too busy protecting the employees of Halliburton while they dig holes in the ground for oil.
- Referring to the war against terror as a "crusade" .. (Are you familiar with the Crusades? Where Christians went through the Middle East during the Middle Ages and slaughtered hundreds of thousands of innocent Muslims?)
- Among others, "Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL)", "Operation Enduring Justice", "Infinite Justice", "Infinite Freedom". Islamic doctrine preserves the dispensing of "infinite justice" to Allah and only Allah. Mere mortals are not allowed the privilege.
- Rushed to war with Iraq without a plan. Refused to listen to the UN inspectors when they said there was no WMD. When Bush claimed he had the evidence, he never provided the evidence.
- Has not raised a single stink about the fact that Russia is barely a democracy anymore.
- Does not support Taiwan's liberation from China... but wait, he supports the liberation of Iraq from its own leader? Hrmmmm...
- While under his watch, N. Korea was able to produce an arsenal of nuclear weapons.
- There's clear evidence his first election was stolen ( http://www.gregpalast.com )
- http://www.blackboxvoting.org sheds light on electronic voting machines, and how they can easily be manipulated and hacked.
- Blind military and financial support of Israel. Israeli soldiers kill several innocent Palestinian children every day. A recent story that sparked outrage across the world was about a young girl on her way to school who was gunned down by an Israeli soldier. To make sure she was dead, he shot her several more times from long distance, then walked up to her an unloaded an entire clip into her lifeless body.
- Abuse of Iraqi prisoners (many of whom are actually innocent of any crimes).
That's all I can think of at the moment. Kerry isn't exactly all that much better, but at the very least a "regime change" in America would gain respect back from the rest of the world.
And for the record: I voted Nader. _________________ AnimeIM.com Webmaster |

~I am very anti Kerry, and I disagree with some of your arguments. You think Russia needs help when children and women are being killed by the thousands DAILY in Africa? Who arn't getting any food, being forced to escape THOUSANDS of miles from there home, only to be eaten by bears and such. So don't bring up how RUSSIA doesn't have a gosh damn government, because people are off worse than they are.
~Kerry says he's for the poorer people of the nation, when he's a !@#$ billionare
~Kerry's wife said "screw Bush" on public tv.
~I disagree with his views of abortion; if you had sex, it's yer own damn fault if you got pregnant. Abortion is Murder.
~I also disagree with him saying, (I'm not totally sure about this) is to get ride of guns and hunting.
I'd could go on and on for hours just talking about politics! LOL! _________________

- Cheney told Senator Patrick Leahy to "f--k off" when he asked Cheney about Halliburton
- Russia has converted to a totalitarian government in "response" to terrorism, and the fact that the Bush administration hasn't even raised a stink about the loss of freedoms is appalling.
- Bush is a billionaire, too. Did you know the George W. Bush's grandpa helped fund the Nazis during WWII?
- You want to talk about lack of food? How about the fact that most people in Iraq no longer have drinking water which isn't contamined. What about using the depleted uranium tank busters which are responsible for thousands of deaths due to exposure to the harmful agents. Do you want to see how it affects people when they're exposed to it? View http://www.bushflash.com/pl_lo.html
- To follow that up, what is Bush doing to help the millions starving in Africa? You mean dropping the food containers which look exactly like the bombs they drop? Here's a picture: http://www.mindfully.org/Reform/Message-Cluster-Bomb.jpg .. which one is the bomb and which one is the food? Far too many young children who do not speak English pick the wrong one.
- I'm not pro-Kerry, either. But Kerry isn't gung-ho anti-gun like the Republicans like Rush Limbaugh (opiate addict) and Bill O'Reilly (closet pervert) want you to believe. Kerry isn't going to personally come to your house and rip your gun from your hands. There's nothing wrong with trying to stop a criminal from legally owning a gun.
- As for abortion.. well, how many crack babies do you want to adopt? Obviously, abortion is wrong. Lots of things are wrongs. But I don't believe I should be able to force someone to see things my way because of a belief I have. I don't think I could ever look someone in the eyes again if I knew they had an abortion because they were irresponsible and didn't want to have the child. But the anti-abortion argument is flawed sometimes by those who say, "I only agree with abortion in cases like rape." So, a baby isn't a baby because its dad was an asshole and raped someone? It's still a baby, isn't it?! That's the argument they make then contradict themselves by justifying in their own mind the killing of a baby.
I am against the conservative movement which wishes to force their view of religion upon America for many reasons. But here's a pretty good reason from the Bible itself:
Matthew 6:1-6:
[1] Beware of practicing your piety before people in order to be seen by them; for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. [2] Thus, when you give alms, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. [3] But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, [4] so that your alms may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you. [5] And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. [6] But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
And to make things worse, these same people who put corporations before humans often neglect this teaching of Jesus himself: "It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven."
The meek shall inherit the Earth, not the rich! _________________ AnimeIM.com Webmaster

19 Reasons to Fear Dangerous !@#$
1 HE is being investigated by federal prosecutors about the leak of the identity of an undercover CIA officer, the wife of a vocal critic of the US government in the build-up to the war in Iraq.
2 HE has twice been arrested for drink driving.
3 IN 1986 he opposed the release of Nelson Mandela (below) from jail in South Africa.
4 HE backed tax breaks for energy corporations and fought efforts to clean up hazardous waste.
5 HE made disastrous decisions as Defense Secretary under President George Bush Snr. He turned military duties over to private companies and put so-called intellectuals with no military experience into key posts in the Pentagon.
6 CHENEY'S stint as boss of energy company Halliburton led it from success to disaster in five years when he bought a subsidiary which saddled the firm with a multi-million pound asbestos lawsuit.
7 AS boss of Halliburton he struck lucrative deals with Saddam Hussein and Colonel Gaddafi.
8 DESPITE the fact that Cheney should have relinquished his links because of a conflict of interest he still gets £100,000 a year from Halliburton. And, surprise, surprise, the Bush-Cheney administration awarded Halliburton £5.5billion in contracts for work in Iraq.
9 AS vice president, Cheney has been THE decisive force pushing America into war.
10 HIS biggest failure as vice president was in 2002 when he visited nine Arab and Muslim countries six months after 9/11. He anticipated securing the countries' support to remove Saddam Hussein. But not one provided troops for the war.
11 NO president has returned to power after appointing him to a post in his administration.
Ronald Reagan was the only Republican president since Eisenhower who managed to serve two full terms.
And he is the only one canny enough not to have appointed Cheney to office.
Under Richard Nixon he had a job in the executive branch, under Gerald Ford he was Chief of Staff and under George Bush snr he was Secretary of Defense. None were re-elected.
Jimmy Carter defeated Ford, who had Cheney as his chief of staff, by 2 million votes. Ford later said that listening to Cheney's advice was "the biggest political mistake of my life".
12 HE managed to get five deferments from the Vietnam War.
One of the more ingenious ways of qualifying was getting his wife pregnant.
It was announced that childless married men no longer would be exempt from fighting for their country.
So, nine months and two days later the first of his two daughters was born.
Presidential candidate John Kerry famously served in Vietnam, yet Cheney constantly questions his war record.
13 HE was one of just 21 members of Congress to oppose the Safe Drinking Water Act
14 HIS electric bill for his 33-room Washington mansion is £120,000 this year alone. And he's trying to get the Navy to stump up for it, saying it's on the grounds of the Naval Observatory.
15 HE opposed extending the Civil Rights Act. This was designed to give black Americans the same rights as whites. Cheney also voted against holding Martin Luther King Day annually.
16 HE told Senator Patrick Leahy to "go f*** yourself" during a heated exchange on the Senate floor this year.
17 WHEN he was a student he dropped out of Yale University. He spent his time partying rather studying. He arrogantly believed he could bluff his way through.
18 HE voted to protect citizens' constitutional right - to own armour-piercing bullets.
19 HE was one of only four Congressmen to vote against banning plastic guns that are invisible to metal detectors. _________________ AnimeIM.com Webmaster |

Yeah, I think both Kerry and Bush have some good views on things, but then again they have some very stupid views on things... I'd think they'd make a great team toghether... LOL, you know? If we put 'em together, instead of just one man? But that could cause more problems too... I dunno... I just think they were shitty candidates this year.. _________________
