(well, SOMEONE certainly thinks highly of themselves to dedicate an entire thread to the fact that they are new...)

*Ah-he-he-hem!*, allow me, dear boy, to educate you on the matters at hand... firstly, THIS... is a forum.

FORUM f0-rum (fôrm, fr-) n. pl. fo·rums, also fo·ra (fôr, fr)

1)A public meeting place for open discussion.
2)A medium of open discussion or voicing of ideas, such as a newspaper or a radio or television program.
3)A public meeting or presentation involving a discussion usually among experts and often including audience participation.

Now considering carefully the above, and also taking into account the *cough* name of this site, one would tend to assume that this particular forum is used to discuss and share ideas on the wonderful topic, that is... ANIME!... *whooooOOOOEEEEEOOOOOooooo*...
...As you've likely already noticed, there are numerous different forums each with specific topics to suit your everyday anime discussing needs... choose well my fine feathered friend...

Lastly, I shall introduce myself.... I am the renowned Saitou_Hajime. Master strategest in the art of Shinmen Musashi No Kami Fujiwara No Genshin's famous NiTo-Kenjutsu. My purpose on this forum is to... well... I guess act as condescending as possible, while keeping an air of sophistication and grace...
