Photoshop is a cool program that could edit images in various ways, but I don't know how to use every feature it has. If anyone knows how to use it very well, I would like to talk about it

There's some pretty good free tutorials out there. Just use Google.
I use a bit of Photoshop and ImageReady. I use ImageReady to make the icons for this site! ^_^
